Gustus Restaurant in Tagbilaran City, Bohol

Our leap year day was rather busier than expected. After a rather bone-tiring day of visiting several historical  and food spots in Tagbilaran City and Panglao, my friends from Cebu Blogging Community and I had our last dinner in Bohol at Gustus Restaurant as part of our Seas The Day Bohol Tour. This newly-built restaurant is located at M. Torralba Street, Tagbilaran City, Bohol.

We were greeted by their very accommodating staff upon  entering the restaurant. We took our time taking pictures of the restaurant’s cozy interior. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere due to the wood in their interior design.

There is also a huge flat screen TV placed next to the dining tables, giving visitors entertainment while enjoying their meals.

We were served calamansi juice with crushed mint leaves and watermelon juice with basil as our welcome drinks.
Gustus serves a variety  of Filipino cuisine and Western dishes. We had buffalo wings and fries and Asian wings with fries.

For the meal proper, we had bagoong rice, adobo rice, Cajun shrimps in a bag, pork crispy pata, sizzling bulalo, and sizzling sisig. Their Cajun shrimps are amazingly delicious and the best I’ve tasted so far.

Gustus is perfect for dates, family eat-outs, barkadahan, and private setting.  I would love to go back there and dine with my boyfriend if I ever  find myself in Bohol soon. Gustus is simply a place you will feel compelled to revisit again and again.
